The photographer in the sky

Turning landscapes into art from a 90-degree angle.

Hello, I'm Victoria.

I'm a self-taught drone photographer and videographer with a pure love for coastlines and places in nature. No formal training. No traditional path. Just a DJI drone, an obsession with the ocean, and a need to show people what the world looks like from above.

I've been chasing tides across the UK, New Zealand, Norway, and anywhere the water meets the land. My favourite place to be is in the sky, looking straight down at 90 degrees, where the familiar becomes abstract and the ordinary becomes art.

Approximately only 5% of drone photographers are female. I'm proud to be one of them.

The Work

I photograph the sea the way most people never see it.

From directly above, coastlines reveal things you'd never notice from the ground. The way a wave curls into a shape that only exists for a second. The patterns left in the sand when the tide pulls back. The colour of shallow water over rock that looks like it belongs in a painting.

That's what I chase. The moment between moments. The beauty that's there for a breath and then gone.

Every print I sell started as one of those moments. I don't shoot to a plan. I walk the coastline, I read the water, I wait for the light, and I fly when it feels right. Some of my best work has come from going back to the same beach ten times and finally seeing something new.

Beyond the coast

My roots are in the ocean, but the work has grown. I now shoot for brands and businesses where nature is central to the experience. Flower farms, spas, vineyards, coastal hotels. Places where the landscape isn't just a backdrop, it's the reason people visit.

The approach is the same whether I'm shooting a wave in Cornwall or a dahlia field in Devon. Get to know the place. Understand the light. Find the angle nobody else has thought of. Make it feel like art.

The philosophy

Here, we're guided by currents, not trends.

I believe in restraint over abundance. One powerful image over twenty average ones. Generous space. Real colour. No filters that make the sea look like somewhere it isn't.

My prints are built to last forever. The packaging isn't. We use recycled cartons, biodegradable plant-based pellets, and as little inorganic material as possible. You should be able to enjoy the natural world without damaging it.

What's Next?

The Salinas Collection is coming soon. My first new limited edition fine art print collection.

I'm also building seasonal retainer packages for brands who want ongoing aerial content, and expanding into wholesale through independent stockists.

There's always beauty in a new perspective. I'm just getting started.
